HOW TO ORDER VIA FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM:

  • Send a direct message to SIXDO’s Facebook or Instagram inbox.

  • SIXDO will assist you with size and color consultation, and check product availability.

  • SIXDO will confirm your order details, guide you through the payment process, and proceed with order fulfillment.

HOW TO ORDER VIA WEBSITE/APP OR E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS (SHOPEE, LAZADA, TIKTOK):

  • Browse the “Products” section to view available items.

  • Click on a product to see detailed information, size chart, and images.

  • Select your size and quantity → Add to cart. You may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

  • Click “Checkout” and complete all required order information. Add a discount code if available.

  • Select “Place Order” to finalize.

  • You will receive a confirmation call from SIXDO upon successful order placement.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

 

EXCHANGE PERIOD

SIXDO Offline Stores: Within 6 days from the date of purchase at the showroom.

SIXDO Online Channels (Fanpage/Website): Within 15 days from the date SIXDO confirms the order and issues the invoice, or within 6 days from the date the customer receives the online order.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCT TYPES

Apparel items that meet the following conditions:

Purchased at full price

Purchased with a discount of less than 50%

PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be unused, with original tags and barcode intact

Must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice

EXCHANGE METHOD

One-time exchange only, in accordance with the policy

Exchange value is based on the price stated on the original invoice

EXCHANGE WILL BE DENIED IF

 

The request is made after the allowed time period

The tags/barcode are missing or damaged

The product has been altered or used (e.g. stained, torn, damaged, faded, stretched, has odors or chemical smells)

Accessories or attached components are missing or damaged

Product is an off-shoulder top, spaghetti strap top, or accessory (e.g. bags, shoes, belts..)

The product was purchased at a 50% discount or higher

Original purchase invoice is not provided

Exchange directly at the store where the item was purchased

Contact the store for specific instructions

ONLINE PURCHASE

Call Hotline 1800 6650 for instructions

Pack the product with the invoice and any gifts received (if any), and send it to the address provided

MARKETPLACE PURCHASE

Follow the return/exchange policy of the respective marketplace
